Jess Spike

Jess Spike has been a builder and developer for 20+ years in Washtenaw County. He currently owns and operates Construction Design Services, Inc, in Chelsea. Jess attended both the University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University. He has dreamed of something like this project for the Federal Screw Works site for many years but lacked the vision for what it might be. When Joe Ziowlkowski presented the plan for the park, he was thrilled. I was completely sold when I showed it to my sons (9 and 11). They asked, "when will it be done???"
